VLADIVOSTOK, Sep 10 (PRIME) -- rkutsk Oil Company will invest U.S. $2.5 billion from 2018 till 2023 in a new gas refinery, Member of the Board of Directors Sergei Donskoi told reporters on Monday.
“There is much spare gas. We refine the gas, turn it into a product we can sell, we will have to invest $2.5 billion soon, in 2018–2023,” Donskoi said.
He also said that the capacity will amount to 650,000 tonnes of polyethylene a year.
